Jumeirah Park is a secure and incorporated residential community, located in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. This 370-hectare (914-acre) neighbourhood is located between Sheikh Zayed Road Interchanges 5 and 6. While some of the housing has been completed, much of the area and amenities are still under construction. The residential options include space for an estimated population of 10,000 when completed. Jumeirah Park is bordered by the neighbourhoods of Jumeirah Islands, Jumeirah Village, and Jumeirah Golf Estates.
The Jumeirah Park Community Centre is under construction with the space fully pre-leased. There will be 30 retailers and restaurants in this new shopping centre with Geant Supermarket as the anchor store. The centre is scheduled for completion in late 2013. Leased facilities include confirmed retailers The Children’s’ Place, Early Learning Centre, Bin Sina Pharmacy, Holland and Barrett, Barakat Optical, Lily Pond, Jet Set, Nail Bar, 1847, Photo Magic, Money Exchange, Champion Cleaners, and Geekay Games. Jumeirah Park is located near several corporate centres in Dubai. The city is an IT, media and financial hub, with its free zoned Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City, attracting many large corporations. Companies with office space or other facilities in the area include Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, IBM, CNN, BBC, and Reuters.

Entertainment options that will be provided for residents of Jumeirah Park include a community centre offering department stores and convenience services, a shopping centre with several restaurants, a children’s day care centre, children’s play area, and youth centre, parks featuring walking and cycle trails, a gym and clubhouse with tennis courts. Cafes and restaurants that have been contracted for the area and scheduled for completion by the third quarter of 2013 include Gloria Jeans, Tim Horton, Pizzaro, Burger Fuel, Subway, San Churro, Café de Roma, Louis Café, Louis Pastries, and Menchies.
Jumeirah Park is located within 42 km (26 miles) of the Dubai International airport. It is served by the Jumeirah Red Line metro line, which can be joined at Jumeirah Lake Towers Metro Station or Nakheel Harbour & Tower Metro Station. The community is located besides a junction of the E11 freeway.
