The Deira Twin Towers are located in Deira, eastern Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. They are sometimes referred to as the Dubai Twin Towers or Rolex Towers. These towers are part of Dubai’s old downtown, and are situated along the Dubai Creek. The Deira Towers consist of a shopping centre with stores, restaurants, coffee shops and a food court, a residential space, and office space. Both towers have twenty-two floors and are just over a hundred meters (329 feet) tall.
Three floors within the Deira Twin Towers are dedicated to retail; one of these floors is solely for food outlets. Much of the other retail activity revolves around fashion, exhibitions, financial services, and dining. The Towers have external terraces, overlooking the Creek. This makes them a must see tourist attraction. There are several businesses with office space in the buildings including Limal Star General Trading, Plug & Play Electronics Show Room, Al Rams, Jaspa General Trading Co, and Siddique Mustafa & Sons Co.

The area of Deira Towers has a lot to offer in terms of sights and activities. There are several points of interest nearby, including Mansour Tower, the Al Nassar Square, Safari Palace Hotel, Phoenics Hotel, Picadilly Hotel, Sina Hospital, Naif Park. Souq Al Wasl, and Naif Souq. Within walking distance you will find the Dubai Museum, Al Fahidi Fort, and the Heritage House. Deira Twin Towers feature the Danial Restaurant, offering an open Buffet and many International cuisine options. There is also the China Way Restaurant, as well as the Apple Café & Restaurant.
The Deira towers are located within just 10 km (6 miles) from Dubai International Airport and there are shuttle services and taxis available for speedy connections. Deira Beniyas Road and Dubai Intercontinental Hotel are the closest bus stops with many public buses available from them, including numbers 27, 31, 53, C4, C7, C9 and C28. Baniyas Square is the nearest Metro station providing access to the Green Line.
