Ludres is a commune in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in north-eastern France. The inhabitants are called Ludréens. Ludres is five miles from the city centre of Nancy Local attractions include Musee de l’Ecole de Nancy, Musee des Beaux arts, and Place Stanislas. Additional area points of interest include Henri Poincare University and Nancy Cathedral.
This town is also near the Nancy Brabois Science Park (Technopole). This science park has several thousand researchers working for a number of employers including Henri Poincaré University, Lorraine National Polytechnical Institute, and other national organisations. The park offers a selection of executive office space. Major national institutes that are located on the Technopole site include CNRS - National Scientific Research Centre, INRA - National Institute for Agronomic Research, INRIA - National Institute for IT and Automatic Research, and INIST - Institute for Scientific and Technical Information.
