The Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) is located near Liberia and is the one near the Pacific Northwest coast. The Tobías Bolaños International Airport is in San José, just 15 minutes from the city centre. Costa Rica offers bus services from Panamá, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Mexico, and Guatemala. There is also boat service from Los Chiles, Costa Rica to San Carlos, Nicaragua.
