US Office Vacancy rates increase

The average office vacancy rate across US central business districts roase by 0.5% over the last year, research by Cushman & Wakefield has revealed.

The national office vacancy rate to the end of June increased from 9.7% to 10.2%.

Cushman also said average asking rents continued to rise despite a slowdown in leasing activity across the country.
