Serviced office provider Orega has taken 37,000 sq ft in two properties owned by Carlyle Group for its first centres in the Midlands and the north-west of England.
It has taken 17,000 sq ft at Three Piccadilly Place in Manchester, which was developed by Argent.
This follows a 20,000 sq ft letting at Birmingham’s Colmore Plaza, where Orega has signed tenant MA Energy, an electricity supplier.
Cushman and Wakefield and GVA Grimley are the agents at Colmore Plaza; Savills and GVA Grimley are the agents at Three Piccadilly Place.
