Illuminated Highway Signage is available at a rental cost of $38.50 per calendar month. (You will be responsible for the cost of and erection of the sign itself.) Alternately the current cost for signwriting both sides of the highway tenants directory is approximately $70.00 - Signage on internal directory is at no cost.
The only outgoings that are your own responsibility are the connection of additional telephone points to offices if those currently provided are insufficient. It is also your responsibility to connect telephone exchange and ADSL lines or you can link into our broadband for $25.00 pcm. It usually takes 5 working days for Telstra to connect a new exchange line. The cost of this is charged direct to your Telstra account at the end of the month by Telstra. Telstra bring the exchange line to a Telstra box external of the building and then you can have Telstra to connect it to your suite. We do however suggest you use our preferred communication supplier who is more competitive and will provide you with a quote prior to proceeding.
On a user pays principle, there is a central secretariat in the Centre that provides a complete range of Secretarial Services, photocopying, laminating, binding, faxing etc. It also provides a very competitive service for the design and printing of business cards, letterheads and other promotional material.
3.0 FURNITURE AND FITOUT
The Business Centre complex offers 27 fully furnished offices with a centrally located efficiently manned central secretariat and reception, plus a shared boardroom/meeting room with whiteboard and television/video equipment.
The interior fitout has been elegantly and tastefully designed and presents as new. Fitout includes all furnishings, paintings lamps, wool carpeting and decorative ornaments and foliage which is of the highest standard. A well-equipped kitchen has a fridge, micro-wave and other kitchen facilities for use by tenants.
