Nearby amenities include Melbourne's GPO, quality hotel accommodation, main shopping centres, restaurants and cafes.

Architecturally designed and purpose built for a serviced environment our clients will enjoy new, stylishly furnished Executive Offices and Suites and Virtual Office Services. Professional services include access to business facilities, experienced support staff, meeting & conference facilities, hi-tech office equipment, telecommunications, broadband and IT services. Modern kitchens and amenities.

Our new Executive offices have been constructed to a first-rate fitout. They are ‘prime’ windowed offices with excellent views looking out to Queen St and surrounding CBD skyline, as well as, our roof top garden.

As an Executive you may wish to occupy one of our large offices on your own, whereby we will furnish that office with high quality furniture, etc., to meet your specific requirements.

Our other Suites are top of the market, E.G. Office 34 is 22sqm in size and has been setup for 4 people. The office is furnished with 4 new partitioned workstations (all workstations include under desks cable trays), 4 digital handsets and 4 broadband connections (1 to each workstation). In addition, essential business services such as mthly broadband download allowances, digital photocopying and free facsimile call charges have been incorporated into the rental. We also include professional telephone answering and messaging services (e-mail, SMS or call transfer services). Each office is setup accordingly.

We have recently expanded our switchboard capacity in order to assist additional Virtual Office clients with professional Telephone Answering Services and Messaging Services i.e., relaying messages accurately in real time by e-mail, SMS or call transfer.
