Mount Waverley is a suburb of Melbourne, in the Australian state of Victoria. This rectangular suburb is 16 km (10 miles) south-east of Melbourne’s city centre and shares its borders with Highbury Road, Ferntree Gully Road, Huntingdale Road, and Blackburn Road. Mount Waverley is in the Local Government Area of Monash City.
This suburb is a small residential neighbourhood with the majority of business operations being retailers. Mount Waverley Village Shopping Centre and Pinewood Shopping Centre are located in the town. Mount Waverley does offer office space for companies that want to rent in the area.
