SOS was repeatedly responsive, at short notice, given the fact that our search was stalled at several points. There was no pressure when we needed to delay and a clear understanding of our somewhat difficult circumstances.
We always felt yours was a genuinely supportive, open and informative approach. You were excellent in understanding the requirement and retaining the detail, to inform your own search, and came up with several attractive deals.
Viewing was arranged at speed and at convenient times. Being accompanied was invaluable, in terms of your experience which supported us in understanding what our actual needs were.
In the event, you found us suitable accommodation within a severely limited timeframe, in a good location and at a reasonable rent, so we benefited from your networking with landlords and being in a position to hear of such opportunities, which all represented good value and met our time constraints.
In negotiating the terms and the rent we were clearly an advantage which we would not have been alone. A broad understanding of the market was evident in the way you dealt with landlords.

Due to delays in the purchase of what are to be our new main offices, we were in urgent need of larger and more secure office space very quickly, the catch was we needed easy in/ easy out options as the time frame for us being in the temp offices is very much up in the air.
Placed one call at 4:30pm and the following day had three inspections lined up, all with enough time between them to visit and inspect closely the premises on offer.
With continued support and assistance from Search Office Space we were able to locate and move in to new offices within three days of starting to look and to a time frame to suit our needs.
