The Business Centre was designed and built in 1919, by a leading Hungarian architect-Ladislaus Edward Hudec for Sir Robert Ho, a successful businessman from Hong Kong . Sir Ho & his family lived in the building until 1949. Much of the architecture including the design and building characteristics are typically neoclassical, giving The Mansion a real sense of character and elegance.
The premise has recently been renovated and remodeled with an aim to preserve this cultural relic and at the same time provide small and medium sized companies operating in China, the chance to sample a completely unique service office experience.

It is a unique two storey building which has been partitioned into 40 business suites (12 on the first floor & 28 on the second) of varying sizes (7 sqm for 1 person to 36 for 8 people
